01 - What we are looking for

We are looking for an organized, dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to support the development and implementation of our international projects.

Direct support to the General Manager in day-to-day business activities.
Effective communication with partners, suppliers and customers (emails, calls, meetings).
CRM organization and updating commercial databases.
Assistance in online promotional campaigns (coordination with agencies, simple postings).
Preparation of commercial documents, presentations and proposals.
Logistical and administrative coordination for active projects.
Attending business events and conferences (local and international).

Completed higher education (preferably in economics, international trade, marketing, management).
Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken); other languages an advantage.
Familiarity with online communication and organizational tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, LinkedIn).
Proactive, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial.
Professional attitude, genuine desire for personal and professional development.
